South Carolina Attorney Conrad L. Falkiewicz graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School and was admitted to the practice of law in 1979.

Mr. Falkiewicz began his legal career by joining the staff of the South Carolina Attorney General Child Support Enforcement Unit.

He then entered private practice in Charleston in 1981, initially handling divorce, custody, and child support cases in the Family Court. As time went on, his primary practice areas expanded to Social Security Disability Claims, Divorce and Custody, Child Support, Bankruptcy, Accidents and Injuries, and Wills and Probate.

Mr. Falkiewicz was Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Charleston County Bar from 1994 to 1997 and currently serves on the South Carolina Fee Disputes Board.

He has lectured at seminars for the South Carolina Bar on topics such as “Ethics in Family Law”, “Analysis of Financial Information”, and “Use of Affidavits”.

He is co-author of an article entitled “Representing the (Innocent) Primary Wage Earner in Divorce and Child Custody” which was published in the South Carolina Bar’s magazine, South Carolina Lawyer, and has taught courses in Criminal Law and Business Law in the Criminal Justice and Paralegal programs at Trident Technical College and the University of South Carolina.

He served as the 1998-1999 President of the Lowcountry Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and was a Volunteer Juvenile Probation officer.

He attends St Andrews Church in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
